All tours featured on our website are delivered and operated by our preferred partners such as Phuket Fun Tours. While you may book your tour through Premium Thailand Travels, the contractual obligation for the delivery of the tour lies with our preferred partners.
Please note: Any tours booked through our website are sold separately from flights and/or hotel accommodation, and will be invoiced and charged as a stand-alone tour package. These do not fall under UK Package Travel Regulations.

Tour Booking Refund Policy when booked alongside a Package Holiday with Premium Thailand Travels
For tours, add-ons, activities and transfers booked alongside a holiday package deal with Premium Thailand Travels (such as flights and hotels), please note the following important terms:
Hotels and flights are sold separately from transfers, tours, and activities. While these services may be presented together in a single quotation for ease of reference, they do not constitute a “package holiday” under the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Each service is provided under a separate contract with the relevant supplier, with Premium Thailand Travels acting solely as an agent or affiliate.
A 7-day refund policy applies to tours, activities, add-ons and transfers booked in connection with your holiday. Refund requests must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure of your outbound flight from the United Kingdom to Thailand. Any cancellations received within 7 days (based on UK London Time) of departure are strictly non-refundable and the customer shall remain liable for the full cost of the booking.
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
Privacy & Data Sharing Notice
Premium Thailand Travels acts as an affiliate of InteleTravel (ABTA P7384, ATOL 12022). As part of fulfilling your booking:
Data Processing: Your personal details are securely stored and processed by InteleTravel through their CRM systems.
Marketing: InteleTravel may contact you with relevant holiday offers and promotions (not just related to Thailand but all of their offerings).
Third-Party Partners: We may share your details with our trusted, TAT-licensed preferred partners in Thailand where required to deliver your tours and services. These preferred partners may also contact you with updates or offers related to your booking.
Your Rights: You have the right to access, amend or request deletion of your data at any time and to unsubscribe from marketing communications.
Legal Basis: Data is shared only where necessary to perform your contract, comply with legal obligations or where you have provided consent.
