Premium Thailand Travels is an affiliate of InteleTravel UK, which holds ABTA membership (P7384) and ATOL accreditation (12022). InteleTravel UK are appointed agents for ATOL-protected partners.

• Flights and flight-inclusive holidaysbooked through Premium Thailand Travels are financially protected under ATOL (through our affiliation with InteleTravel UK, which holds ABTA membership (P7384) and ATOL accreditation (12022). You will receive an ATOL Certificate when you book any ATOL-protected service.
• Please note that ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, the booking will not be ATOL-protected. If you receive an ATOL Certificate but not all parts of your trip are listed, only the services stated on the certificate are protected.
• Hotels and flights are sold separately from transfers, tours and activities. While they may be presented together in a quotation for ease of reference, they do notform a “package holiday” under the UK Package Travel Regulations. Each service is provided under a separate contract with the relevant supplier, with Premium Thailand Travels acting solely as an agent or an affiliate.
• Flights and Hotels are booked through our affiliation with InteleTravel UK, which holds ABTA membership (P7384)and ATOL accreditation (12022). InteleTravel UK are appointed agents for ATOL-protected partners.
• Tours, activities and transfers are booked with our preferred partners in Thailand. Premium Thailand Travels acts solely as a sales and booking agentfor all tours, activities and transfers as they are organised and operated by our preferred partners in Thailand. All our preferred partners are fully certified, insured and TAT-licensed.

Premium Thailand Travels acts solely as a sales and booking agent for tours, activities and transfers provided by our preferred, fully licensed, insured and TAT-certified partners in Thailand.

All tours featured on our website are delivered and operated by these local Thailand preferred partners. When you book a tour, activity or transfer through Premium Thailand Travels, your contract is directly with the operator (e.g., Phuket Fun Tours). Premium Thailand Travels is not the operator of these services.

• Tours, activities and transfer bookings are separate from flights and hotels. They will be invoiced and charged independently and do not fall under UK ATOL or Package Travel Regulations.
• All tour, activities and transfer booking confirmations and documentation will be issued directly via our dedicated tour booking email: tours@premiumthailandtravels.com.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree that Premium Thailand Travels acts as an independent agent for these third-party preferred partner suppliers, and contractual responsibility for service delivery lies solely with the relevant supplier.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise all travellers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, delays, accidents and personal belongings, as neither Premium Thailand Travels nor our preferred partners can accept liability for events beyond their reasonable control.

Tour Booking Refund Policy when booked alongside a Package Holiday with Premium Thailand Travels

For tours, add-ons, activities and transfers booked alongside a holiday package deal with Premium Thailand Travels (such as flights and hotels), please note the following important terms:

Hotels and flights are sold separately from transfers, tours, and activities. While these services may be presented together in a single quotation for ease of reference, they do not constitute a “package holiday” under the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Each service is provided under a separate contract with the relevant supplier, with Premium Thailand Travels acting solely as an agent or affiliate.

A 7-day refund policy applies to tours, activities, add-ons and transfers booked in connection with your holiday. Refund requests must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure of your outbound flight from the United Kingdom to Thailand. Any cancellations received within 7 days (based on UK London Time) of departure are strictly non-refundable and the customer shall remain liable for the full cost of the booking.

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Privacy & Data Sharing Notice

Premium Thailand Travels acts as an affiliate of InteleTravel (ABTA P7384, ATOL 12022). As part of fulfilling your booking:

Data Processing: Your personal details are securely stored and processed by InteleTravel through their CRM systems.

Marketing: InteleTravel may contact you with relevant holiday offers and promotions (not just related to Thailand but all of their offerings).

Third-Party Partners: We may share your details with our trusted, TAT-licensed preferred partners in Thailand where required to deliver your tours and services. These preferred partners may also contact you with updates or offers related to your booking.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, amend or request deletion of your data at any time and to unsubscribe from marketing communications.

Legal Basis: Data is shared only where necessary to perform your contract, comply with legal obligations or where you have provided consent.
